Wanco Incorporated manufactures traffic safety and light construction equipment. The company is family owned and operated, and has been operating since 1984.
WANCO REQUIRES MANUFACTURING/PRODUCTION EMPLOYEES TO WORK MANDATORY OVERTIME HOURS. Weekday hours are 10 hours per day and could occasionally extend to 12 hours per day. Saturday hours are extremely common and mandatory. If you are applying for a manufacturing position and you cannot work a weekday 10-hour shift or a Saturday shift, you should not apply.
Wanco is a non-union shop. Employees work the following schedules. Overtime is mandatory. Overtime pay is “time and a half” (1½ times the regular hourly wage) for a non-exempt employee who works more than 40 hours in a single workweek.

Wanco is a drug-free and non-smoking work environment. Pre-employment drug screening may be conducted on prospective employees and random drug screening may be conducted on employees.
