Wanco’s Hybrid Solar Integrator Trailer provides a robust, dependable platform for installing your own gear and keeping your job site secure. Installing your equipment is easy with cabling already factory-installed on the tower. A NEMA-rated weathertight enclosure is prewired and back-plate ready for your electronics and controls. Standard electrical and mechanical connectors make installation simple.

The Wanco Integrator Trailer is built to last, with a heavy‑grade structural steel frame and reliable power system. Wanco trailers are designed for on- and off-road use. Components are chosen for durability and dependability, ensuring reliable operation and long lifespan. Many components are replaceable when necessary, such as the trailer’s bolt-on fenders.

Power Efficient

System power is supplied by batteries, which are charged automatically by the solar-based charging system. For seasons and locations with limited sunlight, the hybrid model adds reliable diesel backup power.

The solar array provides input power (solar yield) and battery charging. The array features power-actuators for adjustable tilt, to optimize solar charging. Monocrystalline half‑cut cell solar panels significantly increase the power yield over traditional solar technology. The system employs a state-of-the‑art Smart MPPT controller to maximize every available amp for up to 30% more charging capacity. Hybrid Backup Power

The diesel engine charges the batteries when solar alone cannot keep up with demand. The engine runs automatically to keep the batteries charged, and the power control system optimizes engine run time to ensure maximum number of run cycles before refueling is necessary. Environmental features include sound-attenuated enclosure and exhaust, and integrated fluid containment.

Power Management

A Bluetooth app and touchscreen controller provide enhanced local power management. The Deluxe Remote Power Management package is also included, offering online access to a sophisticated power monitoring and control portal.

Deluxe power management

The Deluxe package provides a real-time look at power performance, allowing you to monitor, manage and optimize the power system remotely. Use live and historical data to make informed decisions and adjust system operation. Set alerts and alarms to catch potential issues early. This package is standard on hybrid models, and includes 5-year cellular service.

Bluetooth app

The remote power management app for smartphones provides the same functions as the Deluxe package. Use it to connect remotely within Bluetooth range of the trailer. The app is free and can be downloaded from your phone’s app store.
